Featured New Print - Monticello in Virginia November 21 2014

Located just outside Charlottesville, Virginia, in the Piedmont region,  Monticello was the primary plantation of Thomas Jefferson, the third President of the United States. Jefferson, who, after inheriting quite a large amount of land from his father, started building Monticello when he was 26 years old. Designated a National Historic Landmark, Monticello operates as a museum and educational institution.
